Embodymind and Indigo View are joining forces to bring those seeking a personal, practical and transformative approach to their lives.
How to cultivate courage? And what exactly does it mean to be ‘resilient’ in our modern world?
These and other questions will be addressed through intensive and practical exercises, games and tools being taught.

Both facilitators have extensive experience in the field of Mindfulness, Neuroscience and Life Coaching and bring their unique styles to this practically-focused weekend’s retreat.

Over the course of the weekend, we will:

– Create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage a sense of community throughout the weekend where every voice matters
– Allow participants the opportunity to practice and apply both the theoretical and practical components of the retreat
– Delve into Anxiety, Stress and Trauma: what they are, how they show up and affect our personal and professional lives and how to navigate and begin the journey of healing
– Be exploring Mindfulness as well as the connection to the Body (Somatic and Breathwork) and relating these practically to individual needs throughout the weekend
– Give participants the safe space to communicate their stories, learn emotional regulation tools and exercises and empower through performance-based methodologies
– Learn how to release our Trauma and find our Authentic and Present selves
– Practice meditation and several self-soothing, anchoring tools that can be applied to everyday life
– Be employing Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Neuroscience to better understand the Self and our relationships to others
– Gain insight into our psychological and emotional wellbeing
– Have both individual and group exercises designed to make the tools covered over the weekend to truly take hold
– Be looking at building and strengthening Boundaries, Communication Styles/Strategies and an overall better engagement with Presence
